When I gather my ideas to create each of my Madonnas, I think of my school teacher mom Rebecca — strong, bold, loving, loyal, protector, an advocate for children & families, and a person that always steps up to the plate! My mom’s mother (my grandmother) was called La Madonna by her children, out of much love and respect. As an adult and a mom myself, I now know why.

La Madonna is designed to be stitched on 14ct, 18ct, or 25 count fabric and uses 35 DMC floss colors. This design uses full stitches, quarter stitches, petite stitches, French knots, and back stitching.
