Where is your art gallery located?

Our home is located in the historic district inKaty, Texas - 1306 Avenue A, not too far from I-10/Katy Freeway. The gallery, a 1910 home on a lush one acre which was beautifully renovated and opened to the public in December, 2004. In addition to featuring Ms. Sierra's whimsy art, and eclectic jewelery line, her gallery also features fine art created by several local artists.

Our charming venue is often leased out for private parties, weddings, charity galas, and all types of celebrations! For more information, visit the gallery's website, www.thepinkmagnolia.com. The Pink Magnolia is open by appointment only, so contact her in advance and Ms. Sierra will be sure to be there to show you around.

Are the art prints framed?

No. Our art prints are professionally reproduced on high quality white paper that are sent to you unframed in an oversized envelope between two cardboard sleeves to protect your print from damage in transit.

What sizes are they available in and what is the cost?

Our 5x7 angel art prints sell for $20 and the larger 8x10 prints sell for $25. These prices include shipping and handling to U.S. residents. For Canadian and international orders, a small additional shipping fee is applied to your order within the shopping cart.

How do I tell you what name to place on my angel print?

Within the shopping cart, there is a "Personalization" box. Just type in the name you would like to appear on your angel print. We'll confirm your order by e-mail. Click on the order information link for more details.

Is it required that I have an angel print personalized?

No, hand-personalizing our whimsy prints is what makes them so charming! It's simply a nice service we provide at no extra charge. If you do not wish a name on your new print, just leave the "Personalization" area blank within the shopping cart.

Do the names of the designs (shown on the catalog pages) appear on the art prints?

No, all prints are sent to you without anything written on them unless you request that we print a name on them.

What if I don't want the wings and/or halos on an angel?

That's fine with us. Just type this information into the "Personalization" box within the shopping cart. We will confirm your special request by e-mail.

How do I tell you if I want the skin color of the angel I've ordered to be shaded brown?

Is shipping and handling included in the price?

Shipping & handling fees and sales tax (for Texas residents) are included in the price for U.S. only. Canadian and international orders have a small shipping and handling fee added to the cart order. If you have any questions about our shipping charges, please email us for more information.

How do you mail your products?

U.S. Priority Mail within the United States.  Canadian and international orders are shipped using the best method for your particular country so that your order reaches you quickly and safely.

How long will it take to receive my art prints?

It typically takes 3-5 business days to get to you after leaving our studio. Canadian and international orders may take a few days longer.

Do you consider custom art orders?

Yes, we love custom orders. Let us know what you want by e-mail and we'll get back with you as soon as possible to visit with you about your wishes. If we're not exhibiting at a show, we'll get back with you by the next business day! The cost of custom orders will vary according to the detail of what you're wanting.  We'll be very clear with you as to what to expect once we receive your email.

How long does it take before you respond to email inquiries?

We try to answer all emails during the same day as they are received. If we're away exhibiting at an out of town show, it may take up to 5 business days before we're able to respond. We do check our phone calls frequently and chances are we'll get back with you sooner if you call us. Our website lists our phone number and address. We always like hearing your feedback and ideas, too, so don't hesitate to keep in touch with us.

Can I order other gift products other than art prints and books?

Special consideration is given to large group orders like schools, churches and nonprofit organizations. Please contact us for more information.

Special consideration is given to large group orders like schools, churches and nonprofit organizations with orders of more than $300. An extended choice of gift products that can be custom designed are available for these large-group orders.

How do I go about inviting Ms. Sierra to a special event?

She's an incredibly friendly person, our author/illustrator.  Merely email us and let us know what you have planned and we'll see how we can add to your magic!  We'll get back with you within a few days.

What is your return policy?

Because the thrust of our work is personalized and/or custom, we unfortunately do not accept returns. This is our reason we confirm your order before it is created and shipped. We pay attention to your written instructions very closely! If however, our product we've mistakenly misspelled a name and/or the product you ordered from us arrives to you damaged in any way, let us know and we will send you a replacement immediately.

Is it safe to order with you on-line?

We value your business and work hard to provide the safest ordering process available! Our site is a secured site with industry-standard security protocol. All information is kept strictly confidential. Your email address is never shared with any third parties.
